Better Roads for all SLO County ("we," "us") is a campaign committee (FPPC ID 1486082) supporting Measure H on the November 3, 2026 ballot. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (for example, to volunteer or pledge to vote), we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, city, and ZIP code, and any message you send us. If you make a contribution, your payment is processed by our donation provider, Anedot; we do not collect or store your full payment-card information.

How we use your information

We use it to contact you about the campaign, coordinate volunteering and events, share updates, and encourage voter participation. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Required public disclosure of contributions

California campaign-finance law requires committees to publicly report certain information about contributors — including, for contributions at or above state thresholds, your name, city, ZIP code, occupation, and employer. If you contribute, this information may appear in public campaign-finance filings. This is a legal requirement and is separate from the privacy practices described above.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate the campaign, which may include our donation processor (Anedot), email/outreach tools, and website analytics. These providers process information on our behalf; please see Anedot's privacy policy for how donations are handled.

Cookies & analytics

We may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site and improve our outreach. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or ask us to update or delete the contact information you submitted by emailing us (see below). Note that contribution information already reported to the state cannot be withdrawn from public filings.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
